Cancellation Policy

A customer may request cancellation before dispatch. Acceptance depends on the current fulfilment stage.

Before dispatch

Open Track Order and submit a cancellation request. A confirmed request stops fulfilment where operationally possible.

Cancellation may not be possible after handover to the delivery partner. Eligible items can follow the return process after delivery.

For future prepaid orders, approved refunds will return to the original payment method according to gateway and bank processing timelines.
